At Zariyah Collective, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and, in many cases, made to order. Due to the detailed craftsmanship involved, our shipping timelines are structured accordingly.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 30–45 days from the date of order confirmation. This timeline includes production, quality checks, and packaging.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Once the order is ready, it will be dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.

  • Domestic deliveries (within India) typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International deliveries may take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are advised to monitor shipments using the provided tracking link.

4. Delays
While we strive to adhere to the stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Customization requirements

  • Unforeseen circumstances (natural events, logistics disruptions, etc.)

Zariyah Collective will not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which must be borne by the customer.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Partial Shipments
In certain cases, orders may be shipped in parts based on product readiness. Customers will be notified accordingly.
