Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ZARIYAH COLLECTIVE
At Zariyah Collective, each outfit is crafted with precision and care. As many of our products are custom-made, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Custom-Made Orders
All customized or made-to-order outfits are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is delivered within the committed timeline, no refund requests will be accepted.
2. Standard Products (Non-Custom)
Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
3. Return Conditions

Original tags and packaging must be intact
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Post this window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
7. International Orders
All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. In case of damage, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
